Kimura Toshio was a president of Star Motorcar Traffic Company, Ltd. Serves also as chief director of Mie Prefectural Federation of Motor and Sailing Boat Owners’ Cooperative Union, director of Tokyo Metropolitan Passenger Motorcar Workers’ Cooperative Union and Dietmen’s League for Maritime Transportation, president of Chuo Sobi (Equipment) Company, chairman of Mie Prefectural farming & Fishing Villages Cultural Association. He was appointed Vice Minister of Transportation (July 1957).
