After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin College, went to U.S.A. and graduated from Union Theological Seminary.
Career
After returning served as chief editor of Keizai Joho (Financial News) and managing editor of Chugai Shogyo Sfrnnpd newspaper and thereafter became chief of Research Section of Society for Study of National Policy. Appointed director of Imortant Industries Council (1943). After war was appointed to present post (1948).
