Kohei Izawa graduated from Tokyo University (1926). He went to America to study (1952).
Career
Kohei Izawa was appointed assistant professor of the Tohoku University (1928) and professor (1934). He awarded a doctorate for the thesis "Commercial Letter of Credit" (1949). Author of "Law of Bill and Law of Cheque."
