After graduation from the school in 1981-1982 Konstantin Nikolaevich Aprelev worked at the CHP plant in the city of Severodvinsk. After the military service in 1984 he entered Moscow Power Engineering Institute, gained a heat power engineering qualification in the specialty of nuclear power plants, then he started his postgraduate studies and after graduation he started doing business.
Since 1991 Konstantin Nikolaevich Aprelev has been professionally engaged in management in the field of real estate activities. From 1991 to 1992 he worked as Director of Real Estate Directorate of the Group of Companies "SAVA", member of the Board of Directors. From 1992 to the present day he has been General Director, President of Russian Real Estate Agency “SAVA” CJSC, one of the leading and largest companies in the real estate market in Moscow.
Since 1994 Konstantin Nikolaevich has taken several trainings and has been interned in the USA, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia. Aprelev K.N. was at the origins of the Russian Realtors Guild foundation. He was its first and permanent president from 1994 to 1998.
Nowadays Konstantin Nikolaevich is vice-president and the Guild Board member. In addition, he is chairman of the Expert Council (1997) and head of the Strategic and Personnel Planning Committee of the Russian Realtors Guild (1995), as well as the expert of the Expert Council of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Land Resources and Land Management (1998), a member of the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Urban Economics (1996), the International Real Estate Federation (1995), the National Association of Realtors in the USA (1995). From 1996 to 2000 he was an expert of the Expert Council for Real Estate and Assessment Activities under the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
For the first time in the country, Konstantin Nikolaevich created courses for special legal education in real estate at Moscow State Law Academy ("Legal framework for real estate transactions"), developed several specialists training programs in the real estate market, including the programs of real estate business and professional associations management.
Aprelev K.N. took an active part in the development of the first regulation on the licensing of realtor activities in Russia, the laws on mortgages, on the State Registration of Immovable Property Rights and Related Transactions. He is the author of the concept of real estate market development in Russia.
Konstantin Nikolaevich published more than 100 works on the real estate market development.
Aprelev Nikolay Konstantinovich worked as a master at the CHP plant, now he is retired.
