Konstantin Yuryevich Frolov was born on January 4, 1956, in Urjar, Semipalatinsk region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 1958, Konstantin Yuryevich lived in the city of Novokhopyorsk, Voronezh Region, where he graduated from the Children's Music School (1971) and M. Gorky High School (1973). He graduated of the historical and pedagogical faculty of the Voronezh State Pedagogical Institute (now Voronezh State Pedagogical University) (1978). In 1973-1978, an artist of the student theater of Voronezh State University.
In 1978-1983 Konstantin Yuryevich was the head of the school in the village of Pykhovka, Novokhopersky district. Since 1983 he lives in Crimea. Konstantin Yuryevich worked as the head of a rural school, artistic director of the House of Culture in Razdolnensky and Saki districts. Since 1989, he worked in the group of People's Artist of the USSR Yuri Iosifovich Bogatikov. Since 1996 Konstantin Yuryevich worked at the Crimean Russian Drama Theater named after M. Gorky (Simferopol).
In 2000 Konstantin Yuryevich became the Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Crimea in the field of literature. In 2007 he received the prize of the Union of Theater Workers in the nomination Knight of the Stage. In 2008 Konstantin Yuryevich became the Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and a member of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine.
