Kotoji Satta graduated from Medical Department, Tokyo University (1920). He specialized in the study of voice, the ear, nose and throat.
Career
Kotoji Satta lectured on the science of voice at the Tokyo Musical School and established a branch for study of vocal impediments. He was professor at Tokyo University (1943-1948) and at the Tokyo Arts College (1948). He writes essays and music criticism.
