In 1941 after graduating from the Moscow Central music school, Krasnoslav was admitted to the Moscow Conservatory, and in 1942 he was conscripted into the army. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. He was subjected to unjustified repression. In 1951 he graduated from the Moscow Conservatory (class of Professor G. R. Ginzburg).
Krasnoslav worked as a soloist, ensemble, concertmaster, teacher in various creative and educational institutions of Dushanbe, Ulan-Ude, Tomsk, Chita, Ussuriysk, Vladivostok, Petrozavodsk from 1951 to 1972. He did a lot of concert work. In 1972-1977 Krasnoslav headed the Department of Special and General Piano of the Voronezh State Institute of Arts and gave concerts. Among the students were V. Teplitskaya, L. Tellitskaya, I. Polonik (Kotlyarova) and others. Since 1977 he lived in Petrozavodsk and taught at the Conservatory.
