Vadim Borisovich was born on March 13, 1931 in Voronezh, Russia.
Among his students were Izhogin,Matveev, Sudakova, Marinov, Piankov, Kopylova. Vadim Borisovich managed in Voronezh amateur choirs: Song and Dance Ensemble of the Palace of Pioneers (1955-1958), women's choir of the House of Officers (1959-1961).
The main creative successes are connected with the choral chapel of the trade unions (since 1993 it is named Izhogin), where Izhogin worked as a choirmaster since 1961, and since 1963 he has been artistic director. The Chapel has become a laureate of many festivals and reviews of amateur performances, toured the Voronezh region and the country.
The author of music for more than 40 performances staged in various Voronezh theaters, including the performance "Alexey Koltsov", a number of songs and arrangements for the choir are published in various collections, the Voronezh press.
