Kur Ta Cheng was born on August 15, 1959 in Taipei, T'ai-pei, Taiwan. Son of Jiun Yueh Cheng and Huei Ching Chen.

Achievements

• Achievements include set up the biotechniques of authenication of traditional Chinese medicine; set up the bank of Institute of Transportation Studies DNA sequences of partial traditional Chinese medicines and the local species of herbs of Taiwan; inventor natural fungicide in agriculture. Member Botany Society Chinese (life).
