Mr. Low graduated from Johns Hopkins University with Bachelor of Arts degree and Harvard University with Master of Arts degree.
Career
Kwang-lai Low occupied positions of a head of English Department of Southeastern University in Nanking, China in 1924-1925 and head of English Department of Nankai University in Tientsin, China in 1925-1926. Also he was a professor of English at Tsing Hua University in Peiping, China in 1926-1927 and acting dean of College of Arts of Central University in Nanking, China in 1927-1928, and head of English Department of the same University in 1928-1931. In addition, he serves as an assistant Director of Intelligence and Publicity Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1933-1934 and counsellor of the Ministry of Communications.
