Career
He entered civil Engineering Bureau of Home Ministry and served at Tokyo Civil Engineering Agency and the 3rd Technical Section of Civil Engineering Bureau of the same agency. Served as chief of Head Office of Provisionary Government of Chunghwa Mmkuo (Republic of China) (1938) counselor of Peking Bureau of Engineering, engineer of transportation and technical official of the cabinet (1946) and councilor of Economic Deliberation Office (1952).
Elected to House of Councilors (1953). Member of House of Councilors (Liberal-Democratic Party). Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Construction (January 1957).
