Served as chief of Head Office of Provisionary Government of Chunghwa Mmkuo (Republic of China) (1938) counselor of Peking Bureau of Engineering, engineer of transportation and technical official of the cabinet (1946) and councilor of Economic Deliberation Office (1952).
Elected to House of Councilors (1953). Member of House of Councilors (Liberal-Democratic Party). Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Construction (January 1957).
