Viktor Ulyanovich Konovalchuk is Russian civil engineer and economic figure. Supervised the first high-rise monolithic buildings construction in Voronezh, the circus, the House of Actor, the new building of the Voronezh Academic Drama Theater named after A.V. Koltsov and others.

Education

Viktor Ulyanovich Konovalchuk graduated from the Voronezh Aviation Technical School in 1955, and he also graduated from Civil Engineering Faculty of the Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute in 1958.

Career

In 1955-1957, Viktor Ulyanovich was a master of construction trust No. 118. In 1960-1987, master, foreman, chief engineer, manager of construction trust No. 2 in Voronezh. Since 1987, the 1 st Deputy Head, Head of the Territorial Construction Association of the USSR Ministry of Construction. In 1987-1993, he was the Head of the Directorate-General for Construction in the Voronezh Region. Since 1993, he was General Director; since 2005, Chairman, Board of Directors of "Voronezhstroyholding".

Achievements

  • Viktor Ulyanovich Konovalchuk is Honorable Construction Worker of the RSFSR (1991), Honorable citizen of Voronezh (2013).
