Lidiya Aleksandrovna graduated from the Kharkov Conservatory in 1953. From 1953 to 1955, she trained at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow.
Lidiya Aleksandrovna was the soloist of the Chelyabinsk Opera and Ballet Theatre in 1955-1960. Since 1960, she was the soloist of the Voronezh Musical Theatre , the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theatre, since 1968. She was also a teacher in the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theatre in 1989-1998, Voronezh Philarmonics Society in 1979-1993.
The main parties are Lyubasha ("Tsar's Bride" by Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov), Konchakovna ("Prince Igor" by Alexander Porfirievich Borodin), Carmen ("Carmen" by Georges Bizet), Amneris ("Aida" by Giuseppe Verdi) and others. She also performed solo concerts.
