Ludwig Antonovich studied at the Kharkov gymnasium, where he participated in the choir. He improved singing in Milan with M. Vidal (1900), later with A. Brodji and Mutini.
Ludwig Antonovich sang in the theaters of Tiflis (1902), Orenburg, Ufa (1906), Baku, Kharkov, Moscow (International Theater, 1908), Voronezh (Opera and Ballet Theater, 1921).
Major parties: Faust ("Faust" by Charles Gounod), José ("Carmen" by Georges Bizet), Alfred ("La Traviata" by Giuseppe Verdi), Count Danilo ("The Merry Widow" by Franz Legar) and others. Participated in charity concerts in Voronezh. He later worked as a director in the Tajik Opera. Since 1948 he lived and worked in Saint Petersburg.
