Lyudmila Anatolevna Loboda graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Dnepropetrovsk Construction Institute (now Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture) (1971).
Lyudmila Anatolevna was a participant of regional, republican, all-Union, foreign exhibitions since 1971. Repeatedly she took part in group exhibitions at the VOKHM and The Voronezh Triad Gallery (together with her husband).
In 1986 she participated in the competition for the 400th anniversary of Voronezh (also with her husband). Her works are presented in The Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramsky, The Museum of Dnepropetrovsk, The Kanevsky Museum, The Sumy Art Museum and in The Lviv Art Gallery.
