Lyudmila Fedorovna graduated from the Faculty of Physics of the Voronezh State University in 1968, the Higher Trade-Union School of Culture in 1987, Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg).
During the 1968-1977 Lyudmila Fedorovna worked as Senior Technologist of the Research Institute of Semiconductor Engineering. In the years 1977-1986 she was a Head of the laboratory of the semiconductor device factory. Deputy Director of the House of Culture and Technology of the Scientific and Production Association "Electronics" (1986-1992). She was a Deputy Director of the public organization "Vedi" (1992-1994). Since 1994, she was a Deputy Director, since 1995 Director of the Center for the Spiritual Revival of the Black Earth Territory Foundation, she became the winner of the Best Books of the Year competition (2002-2005, 2007), conducted by the Publishers Association of Russia.
Lyudmila Fedorovna was a member of many creative and social organizations. One of the compilers of the Pupil’s Library (1994-1997).
Lyudmila Fedorovna was awarded the sign of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation "For achievements in culture" (2001). Member of the jury of the regional theater competition "Event of the Season" (since 2008).
