In 1974 Lyudmila Georgievna graduated from the vocal department of the Moscow School of Music named after M. Ippolitov-Ivanov (teacher V.E. Klodnina and L.F. Sukhanova), public faculty of the Gnesins State Musical Pedagogical Institute (now Gnessin State Musical College) (1983, course of professor N.K. Meshko). At the same time she worked in variety shows. Lyudmila Georgievna studied at the department of stage directors at the A.V. State Institute of Theater Arts Lunacharsky (now The Russian Institute of Theatre Arts).
Lyudmila Georgievna sang in the folk choir of the House of Culture named after the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution (Voronezh, 1964-1967, leader A.K. Kuznetsova).
