Lyudmila Mikhailovna Koltsova was born on June 25, 1952 in Bolshoe Sheremetyevo, Pichayevsky district of the Tambov region, Russian federation. Mother - Koltsova Alexandra Mitrofanovna, worked as the chief livestock specialist of the Agricultural Department of Morshansky District, father - Koltsov Mikhail Ivanovich, worked as a history teacher at a secondary school in Morshansk.
Education
She graduated from Secondary school number 5, Morshansk, Tambov region (1969). Graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Voronezh State University (1974).
Career
Lyudmila Mikhailovna Koltsova is a teacher of Russian language and literature in the village of Krasny Log in the Novousmansky District of the Voronezh Region (1974-1977). Since 1978, she has been a lecturer, associate professor and head (since 2004) of the Russian language department of the Voronezh State University. Head of the Russian Language Center of the Voronezh State University (since 2006). Her research interests include: stylistics of artistic speech, punctuation theory, text theory.
Author of more than 100 scientific works, including monographs: "Punctuation experiment in the artistic text" (Voronezh, 2006), "Verse punctuation in the communicative aspect" (Voronezh, 2007). Koltsova's collection of poems "About the Motherland, about the house, about the soul" was published in Voronezh (2008).
