Background

Mark Greenside was born on July 27, 1944 in Brooklyn, New York, United States, in the family of Ernest and Dorothy (Kletter) Greenside.

Education

Mark received Bachelor of Science in History at University of Wisconsin - Madison, and then Master of Arts in political science at University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1968. He also attended University of California in Berkeley in 1971, and San Francisco State University in 1984-1987.

Career

Since 1971 Mark workes in Peralta Community College District as a teacher of history, political science, English, creative writing, and humanities. In 1992 - 1994 he was a staff development officer there, and in 1996 - 1998 he took the position of staff development officer. Moreover, he was a director of older adult program in Vista College in 1978 - 1984.

Achievements

• Mark is mostly famous for his book of short stories "Saw a Man Hit His Wife."
