Melvin Phillip McCree was a Michigan politician. McCree serve on the Flint City Council previous to his appointment to the position of Register of Deeds in 1990 upon Jeffrey Brohn"s removal from office. The next day, Melvin announced his retirement effective May 2.
While Melvin"s health improved, Probate Judge Jennie East. Barkey still felt that he need a guardian and conservator and appointed Flint attorneys David Salim and George Rizik until an April hearing.
Conservator George Rizik indicated that Melvin"s retirement was withdrawn.
