In 1979 he graduated from the Department of Journalism of the Philological Faculty of Voronezh State University.
Participant and prize-winner of more than 50 regional, all-Russian, all-USSR and international photo exhibitions and competitions in Moscow, Perm, Saratov, Grodno, Berlin, Warsaw, Brno, Sofia and other cities. More than 60 illustrated editions published works by Vyazovy, including: "Photo in the Press" (Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, 1989), "Legends of Voronezh" (Voronezh, 1999), "Russia Chernozemny Krai" (Voronezh, 2000), "Slavic World" (Voronezh, 2001), a photo album "Voronezh" (Voronezh, 2004).
