The director-massovik in the park of culture and rest named after Kaganovich (Voronezh, 1935-1941). In 1945-1959 he worked in Voronezh as director of the cinema, deputy director of the philharmonic, director of the Voronezh State Academic Russian Folk Choir named after K.I. Massalitinov. Director of the philharmonic (1959-1976).

He established an intensive concert-tour life (tours of art masters in Voronezh, concert activities of the Philharmonic in the cities and villages of Voronezh region, tours of the concert brigades of the philharmonic around the country), created the ensemble "Voronezh girls" and "On the Voronezh expanses".
