Cheng, Min-Yuan was born on February 10, 1962 in Taipei, Taiwan. Son of Chiang-Ho and Tai-Mien Cheng.

  • Achievements include research in geographic information system or geographical information science applications in construction management. First to sets up a new agenda of construction management process re-engineering for future research. Research in integrating Georgia, fuzzy theory, and neural network to develop an evolutionary inference model for solving construction mangement decision problems with uncertainty and ambiguity.

    Research in computer system developments in construction automation and electronic commerce.
