Chang Mo-chun was a Vice-President of Legislative Yuan. Mrs. Chang worked as a principal of the Shengchow Girls High School in Shanghai for many years.
She also took the position of a principal of the Kiangsu Provincial 1st Normal School for Girls at Nanking and in 1931 Mrs. Chang entered Government service, when she was appointed a member of the Legislative Yuan, which post she held until 1932. Later she was known to be a member of the Examination Commission of the Examination Yuan.
