Mr. Huang was a commander of 3rd Division and vice commander of Army Officers' Corps of the Nationalist Revolutionary Army. Later Huang Mu-sung was appointed president of the Military College, Peking. He served as a Chinese delegate plenipotentiary to the World Disarmament Conference in Geneva. Then he became a vice-chief of General Staff of the National Government and reserve member of the Central Executive Committee. Mr. Huang was appointed Government's Pacification commissioner to Xinjiang, and later Government special commissioner to Tibet. He was a chairman of he Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission.
