Career
He was the teacher of the district school (the city of Bobrov, Voronezh region). Printed in the magazine "Moskvityanin" (1850's). A selection of poems Kelsh published in the "Voronezh literary collection" (Voronezh, 1861). The author of the memoirs of Voronezh Governor N.P. Sinelnikov, in which the most talked about the local theater ("Historical Gazette", 1893, № 12).
In the mid-1870s, Kölsch headed the Kolomna district college of the Moscow region, among his students was the future peasant poet, D.P. Varlygin (RP; Russian intelligentsia, volume 1). Worked in the newspaper "Russian leaf" (1890).
