In 1981 Nadezhda Aleksandrovna graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute.
Nadezhda Aleksandrovna worked at the department of architectural design and urban planning at the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Participant of the international contests "Barcelona-1996" and "Urban Housing" (Washington, 1997). Author of more than 40 scientific and educational works. As a part of composite authors, she took part in the town-planning works in Voronezh, including the concept development of the territorial-town-planning development of Voronezh and the suburban area (1997), the building rules for Voronezh (2001).
