Nadezhda Leonidovna worked as a dancer at Chelyabinsk Opera and Ballet Theater from 1968 to 1970. She was the solo performer and instructor at Voronezh State Academic Russian Folk Choir named after K.I. Massalitinov from 1970 to 1981. Nadezhda Leonidovna performed in the productions of M. Chernyshov, A. Shostak, Yu. Kopytin and others. She worked as a solo performer and tutor in ensemble "Na Voronezhskih prostorah" from 1981 to 1988. Nadezhda Leonidovna was a soloist, tutor and choreographer in ensemble "Vecher" from 1988 to 1996. At the same time, she worked as a dance teacher at the classical school No. 1 of the village of Ramon, Voronezh Choreographic School, Voronezh Music College. From 1993, she was the founder and artistic director of dance ensemble "Nadezhda".
