Career
Naizen Komiyama fought valiantly for his master when he was trapped at Mt. Tenmoku in Kai (Yamanashi Prefecture) by the hordes of Chokan Nagasaka and Oi Atobe. In the resulting encounter Naizen was killed in action. Later Ieyasu Tokugawa presented his younger brother, Masachika, with a fief in recognition of his bravery.
