Education
Katser-Buchkovska completed higher education in 2005 at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with the degree Master of Laws. In 2010 she was granted a prestigious educational scholarship and pursued postgraduate education at University College London (University College London), where she studied law and economics. In 2011 graduated from the University and was awarded a degree of Masters of Laws, Master of Laws
Career
She is very involved in the Ukraine government, serving as the head of inter-factional deputy group "Attraction and protection of investments", the head of the subcommittee on Sustainable Development, Strategy and Investments, Committee on Energy, Nuclear Policy and Security. From 2007 till 2013 she was head of the legal and investment departments at leading companies in Ukraine. She participated in international conferences and seminars, among them European Forum on Energy perspective, 2014, Brussels, Belgium.
