Nikolai Fedorovich Goncharov

Background

Goncharov Nikolai Fedorovich was born on the 5th of April,1915 in Semenets village, Tambov district, Tambov province (now Tambovskaya oblast, Russian Federation).

Career

In 1936-1937, he was a teacher of a rural school in Poletaevsky district of Tambov region. In 1946-1950, the head of the cultural and educational department of the Department of Internal Affairs of Voronezh region. In 1951-1960, senior teacher of history of CPSU in Vladimir school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Since 1960, he has been a lecturer and assistant professor at the department of history of CPSU at Voronezh State University. Since 1975 he has been a professor at the department of history of CPSU (since 1991 of history and political science) at Voronezh Polytechnic Institute (Voronezh State Technical University), until 1992. Head of the same department.
