Nikolay Sergeevich worked as a bayan player, mass instructor, artistic director, director of the Korotoyak House of Culture (1944-1966). Since 1966, the director of the Ostrogozhsky City House of Culture, the organizer and artistic director of the folk choir, who was the laureate of many All-Russian, all-Union parades of amateur artistic creation.
