Career
Ogawa Keijiro was appointed assistant professor at Hokkaido University, later to become dean of its Faculty of Engineering and served until retirement age (1942). He was an emeritus professor of same and considered an authority on concrete engineering. Author of "Designing and Application of Concrete and Ferroconcrete."
