Otowa Ohashi was born in 1869. He was adopted by Sahei Ohashi, the founder of the Hakubunkan Publishing House.
Achievements
Besides writing fiction in the fashion of the Kenyusha group of novelists headed by Koyo Ozaki, he gave opportunities to new literary talent as a publisher, thereby contributing much to the literature of the Meiji Era.
