Mr. Rogers began architectural study in St. Louis at Washinaton University, and after moving to Pocatello, Idaho, continued his studies at the University there.
During subsequent years of practice he designed the Physical Education Building at the State University, public schools in a number of cities and the City Hall at Montpelier, Idaho.
In 1918 Mr Rogers moved to New York, and after a few years of joint practice with the late Cass Gilbert, established an independent office at #101 .Park Avenue. During the last phase of his career he continued to specialize in public school work, designing buildings at Bath, Avoca and other localities in New York State.
