The firm was established in 1968, and has operated primarily as a firm dedicated to the prosecution and trial of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. In the last several years, the firm has undertaken the prosecution and trial (on a contingent fee basis only) of significant contested commercial matters.
The firm prides itself in having tried and established the first crashworthiness case in the State of Texas, and was also the principal counsel involved in both the Apollo space disaster as well as the Challenger mishap.
The firm has recently expanded its quarters by building a new 20,000 square foot facility to house the firm.
