Since 1989 head of the art studio of Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts. 1989-2002 Head of the Chair of Painting and Composition at Yerevan State Academy of Arts, 1995 Professor of the Chair of Painting and Composition (Russian Federation). Since 2002 Pharaon Mirzoyan is the director of the National Gallery of Armenia.
