Li Po-kwai was the president of the Po Leung Kuk, Hong Kong, in 1915. In 1916 he was appointed Justice of Peace, Hong Kong. Since 1918 Mr. Li served as an adviser to the Tung Hwa Hospital, Hong Kong. He was a chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and of the District Watchmen's Committee, Hong Kong. Formerly he was known to be an adviser to the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce, Peking.
