Pyotr Fedorovich Korchagin was a member of the national team of the RSFSR, champion and medalist of regional, republican, all-union competitions (1945-1956). Coaching since 1949. Lecturer in the Voronezh Pedagogical School (1953-1956), School of Higher Sportsmanship (since 1956). He was a coach of the USSR national team (1973-1978). Pyotr Fedorovich brought up many world-class gymnasts, including the Olympic champion A.V. Tkachev.
