Career
President of the Orenburg Oil Joint Stock Company "ONAKO", General Director of "Orenburgneft" company. Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the 3rd and 4th convocations. In the 3rd State Duma, Ram Andreevich was Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Natural Resources and Environmental Management, in the 4th State Duma he is a member of the Committee on Natural Resources and Environmental Management, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Hydrocarbon Raw Materials.
