In 1926 Raphael Pshestanchik graduated from the Tambov Provincial Party School, in 1931 the Musical College (class of M.N. Reentovich), courses of musical editors of broadcasting.
Career
Raphael Pshestanchik was an artist of the Voronezh Symphony Orchestra (1931-1960). At the same time, the chief music editor of the Radio Center of the Central Black Earth Region (1931–1933), violinist and accompanist in the orchestra of the Regional Drama Theater (1933–1937), executive secretary of the Organizing Bureau of the Union of Composers of the Central Black Earth Region (1933–1934), lecturer of the philharmonic society (since 1938 ), teacher of the Children's Music School № 2 (1935-1941), Children's Music School № 1 (1944-1986). Director of the Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Trade Unions (1962-1987).
