Career
He served as engineer of Nourishment Research Institute of Home Ministry and lecturer and then assistant professor of Osaka University and thereafter became professor of Engineering Department of Kyoto University (1942). Books include Shokuryo Kogyo (Food Industry) and Chomiryo-no Kagaku (Chemistry of Seasonings).
