In 2000, Sajad started B Sc Agriculture and completed M Sc in 2008. He joined as Assistant Professor of Food Technology in the University of Kashmir. He was awarded Ph D in 2018 and appointed as Associate Professor of Food Technology in SKUAST Kashmir.
