Stellato attended Salem High School where he played on the football and basketball teams helping lead the football team to the conference championship and Super Bowl in 1994.

He has negotiated contracts with the Eagles, Patriots’, Jaguars, Packers and many other teams. Also done endorsement deals with: National Broadcasting Company Sports, Smoothie King, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Mercedes-Benz, Bayerische Motoren Werke, Harley Davidson and many more. Stellato is an alumnus of Marist College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, graduating cum laude, in 2001.
He was named to the Communications National Honor Society in 2001 and to the MAAC All-Academic team for football and basketball for the 2000 and 2001 seasons.
One memorable moment of Stellato"s high school football career was his 40-yard touchdown pass with no time on the clock to beat Winthrop. That pass earned him a showing on 7 Wonders of the Week, which recognized the top 7 sports highlights throughout the country.
Stellato was a team captain and Agganis All-Star in 1996. At The Gunnery Preparatory school Stellato had a successful Post-Graduate year.
He was M.V.P in football and basketball as well as being named All-New England in both sports.
As a Division I student-athlete at Marist College in New York, Stellato was the leading receiver during the 2000 and 2001 seasons. Stellato played two seasons in the Arena Football League (American Federation of Labor-Congress), signing his first contract with the Florida Firecats in 2002. He also played with the Louisville Fire and the Memphis Xplorers.
He went to Mini Camp with the New York Dragons.
Stellato is an active philanthropist having founded the All-American Fundamental Showcase in November 2007. The All-American Fundamental Showcase is a skills tutorial for high school athletes looking to demonstrate their talent for local and national institutions.
The All-American Showcase is officially sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem (Massachusetts). Sean ran and completed the 2007 and 2008 Boston Marathons.
He raised $7,000 for the Respite Center and Good Sports.
He became a member of the Saint John"s Preparatory football coaching staff in 2006.
