He graduated from Political Science Department of Kyoto University in 1918.
Career
From 1921 he served as chief of Social Affairs Section of Yokohama Municipal Office and later taught as lecturer at Law Department of Nihon University.
Entered the bar in 1931.
Served as professor at Nihon University from 1931 till 1933 and thereafter assumed his present post.
Also served as auditor of Tokyo Electricity Company and director of Mitsuwa Electricity Company.
Holds additional posts of vice-chairman of Nihon Shigaku Dantai Sorengokai (Federation of Japan Private School Organizations), chairman of Nihon Shiritsu Tandai Kyokai (Japan Private Junior College Association) and as official of a few other educational organizations.
