Sergey Nikolaevich Lukin

Since 1976, Sergey Nikolaevich Lukin worked as a master of the mobile mechanized column-110 of the "Voronezhoblstroy." In 1977-1979 he served in the Soviet Army. Since 1979, Sergey Nikolaevich had been taken senior positions in the Voronezh House-Building Factory, and since 1997 hold a position of the General Director of the Voronezh House-Building Factory. Since 2006, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Voronezh House-Building Factory. General Director of "DSK" (since 1997), Chairman of the Board of Directors of "House-building Factory" in 2006-2012. He had been a deputy of the Voronezh Regional Duma (III-V convocation, 2001-2013) and representative from the legislative (representative) body of the Voronezh Region state authority in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Federal Assembly (since 2013).

Achievements

Sergey Nikolaevich was proclaimed the best head of the construction complex of the Voronezh region (2001-2005), Honored builder of the Russian Federation (2002), winner of the Golden Fund of the Voronezh region award in the construction category (2002), Best director of the enterprise of Russia’s construction complex of (2003).

Given an honorary badge "The best manager of enterprises of the Russia’s building complex" (2003), awarded the Order "For Services in Construction" (2009), Honorary Builder of the Russian Federation (2010).
