Sergey Nikolaevich Lukin graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute in 1976.
Since 1976, Sergey Nikolaevich Lukin worked as a master of the mobile mechanized column-110 of the "Voronezhoblstroy." In 1977-1979 he served in the Soviet Army.
