Chi Shou-Wen graduated from the Hubei (Hupeh) Law College at Wuchang and later from the Judicial Officers Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice at Peking (Beijing).
Career
Mr. Chi was appointed as a judge of the High Court at Peking (Beijing) in 1924 and was a judge of the Supreme Court in Nanking.
