In 1952 Simon Moiseevich graduated from the Faculty of foreign languages of Kharkov State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages named afrer N.K.Krupskaya.

Career

Secondary school teacher in Kremenchug, 1952-1956. Executive secretary of the Kursk regional newspaper "Molodaya Gvardia", 1956-1962. Professor of pedagogy and psychology department of Voronezh State University, 1991-1999. Vice-principal of Voronezh Humanitarian Institute of Moscow Open Social University.
