He graduated from Kyoto University (1921), studied in Switzerland and Germany.
Career
Sugao Sugawara appointed assistant professor of Kyoto University and professor (1931). He received the doctorate degree in 1934. Wrote a number of theses on steam boilers, steam turbines and heat control. Author of "Industrial Thermodynamics," "Principle of Steam Industry" and "Outline of Heat Control."
