During the period 1979-1986 Svetlana Alekseevna worked as an artistic director, director of the House of Culture in the village of Novaya Kalitva, Staraya Kalitva, Rossoshansky District, Voronezh Region. For some time Svetlana Alekseevna was actively cooperating with the regional newspaper "For Abundance", working there as a correspondent. Since 1986 she’s been the Head of the Branch of the Rossoshansk Central Library System, Staraya Kalitva.
Svetlana Alekseevna is the author of the collection of poems: "Do not overstay on Earth" (Voronezh, 1991), "The sickle of the moon will be broken" (Voronezh, 1992), "What did the strange soul suffer from?" (Rossosh, 2007), "Love wins once again!" (Voronezh, 2009).
